Home Delivery Information
Our Home Deliveries are a two person delivery. Our delivery drivers will place your garden furniture in the required area of your garden, subject to easy access. Two person delivery gives you that peace of mind your new purchase is being looked after, well handled and has minimal risk of damage during transportation.
Delivery Lead Times
Outdoor Furniture - Delivery times are 3-5 working days for items that are in stock. Our website advises if any product is out of stock and a date that the collection will be available again.
Hawaii Parasols with Granite Bases - Due to the substantial weight of the polished granite bases of between 90kg and 150kg, we recommend having able and agile people to assemble this product. This is a 2 person delivery into your garden - where there is suitable access.
Glatz Parasols & Parasol Bases - If ordering a Glatz parasol without a base, then lead times are 5 to 7 days. If your order includes a base, this has to be delivered on our vehicles and delivery lead time is 7 to 10 working days from date of ordering
Bean Bags - All Bean Bag orders will be delivered within 7 working days.

We do not deliver directly to the Isle of Man. However, we will deliver to the location of an onward specialist courier to the Isle of Man. Should you wish for a fully delivered price please contact us for quotation.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
All items purchased via distance selling may be cancelled at any time up to the time of the goods being despatched. Should you wish to return any items, you may do so any time up to 7 days after receipt of the goods by contacting us within those 7 days. Any goods being returned must be delivered back to Ocean Designs, at the customers cost, in their original packaging and received in good condition.
A refund will be issued within 7 days of the goods being received, unless it is shown that they have not been returned in good condition.
