Home Delivery Information
Our Home Deliveries are a single person delivery. Our delivery driver will place your garden furniture in the required area of your garden, subject to easy access. On the whole, a single person delivery is perfectly adequate for an excellent delivery experience. For larger and heavier items it may be necessary to assist our delivery driver. Alternatively, should you wish for a two person delivery, please contact us for a delivery quotation.
Delivery Lead Times
Outdoor Furniture - Delivery times are 7 working days for items that are in stock. Our website advises if any product is out of stock and a date that the collection will be available again.
Hawaii Parasols with Granite Bases - Due to the substantial weight of the polished granite bases of between 90kg and 150kg, we offer the option of a 2 man delivery with full assembly service at a small surcharge. This would be the recommendation when ordering these parasols and can be selected at the time of ordering. Alternatively, you can select 1 person kerbside delivery if you are able to assist our drivers unload at the time of delivery. The 2 man delivery service lead time is up to 14 days.
Glatz Parasols & Parasol Bases - If ordering a Glatz parasol without a base, then lead times are 5 to 7 days. If your order includes a base, this has to be delivered on our vehicles and delivery lead time is 7 to 10 working days from date of ordering
Bean Bags - All Bean Bag orders will be delivered within 7 working days.

Returns & Cancellation Policy
Made To Order - All our Upholstery Furniture, the cushioning element of our Conservatory Furniture and Outdoor Furniture and Nathan Dining & Cabinet furniture is Made To Order (MTO). Therefore, please note the following:
If you wish to amend your order, this can only be done within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our customer services.
Made to order cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once you have received your order this may not be returned as it has been made specifically for you. If the furniture is proven to be defective a replacement will made and the product exchanged.
Non Made to Order - All non MTO items purchased via distance selling may be cancelled at any time up to the time of the goods being despatched. Should you wish to return any items, you may do so any time up to 7 days after receipt of the goods by contacting us within those 7 days. Any goods being returned must be delivered back to Ocean Designs, at the customers cost, in their original packaging and received in good condition.
A refund will be issued within 7 days of the goods being received, unless it is shown that they have not been returned in good condition.

This stylish Corner Group is made up of three sections, a left 2 seater sofa unit, a right 2 seater sofa unit and a corner chair and comes with options of adding an armless middle chair, to increase the size of your corner unit and/or a generously sized Ottoman from the dropdown menu to the right handside. Should you wish to increase the seating then why not add the Armless Chair to the corner group. Click here for details. The powder coated charcoal frame is combined with a teak wood effect trim, cleverly made in aluminium to provide fully weatherproof and maintenance free properties. The showerproof cushions are in our elegant dark grey fabric and made with a generous thickness to provide that extra level of comfort. Important Information As pictured the Right Hand sofa has surface scratches on teak. The Left Hand sofa has bigger scratches on teak. The corner unit has small imperfections on the powder coating, these will be covered by cushions during use. Please note the back of the frame is unseen and covered by the cushions, it is mainly the arms and front that is visible. Please reference pictures. |
