Our Home Deliveries are a single person delivery. Our delivery driver will place your garden furniture in the required area of your garden, subject to easy access. On the whole, a single person delivery is perfectly adequate for an excellent delivery experience. For larger and heavier items it may be necessary to assist our delivery driver. Alternatively, should you wish for a two person delivery, please contact us for a delivery quotation.

Outdoor Furniture - Delivery times are approximately 10 to 14 days for items that are in stock. Our website advises if any product is out of stock and a date that the collection will be available again.
Glatz Parasols & Parasol Bases - If ordering a Glatz parasol without a base, then lead times are 5 to 7 days. If your order includes a base, this has to be delivered on our vehicles and delivery lead time is approximately 2 weeks from ordering
Bean Bags - All Bean Bags are held in stock and will be delivered within 7 working days.
Conservatory Furniture - All our Conservatory Furniture upholstery is made to order. Our lead time is 6 weeks.
Made To Order - All our Upholstery Furniture, the cushioning element of our Conservatory Furniture and Outdoor Furniture and Nathan Dining & Cabinet furniture is Made To Order (MTO). Therefore, please note the following:
If you wish to amend your order, this can only be done within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our customer services.
Made to order cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once you have received your order this may not be returned as it has been made specifically for you. If the furniture is proven to be defective a replacement will made and the product exchanged.
Non Made to Order - All non MTO items purchased via distance selling may be cancelled at any time up to the time of the goods being despatched. Should you wish to return any items, you may do so any time up to 7 days after receipt of the goods by contacting us within those 7 days. Any goods being returned must be delivered back to Ocean Designs, at the customers cost, in their original packaging and received in good condition.
A refund will be issued within 7 days of the goods being received, unless it is shown that they have not been returned in good condition.
