Home Delivery Information

Our Home Deliveries are a single person delivery. Our delivery driver will place your furniture in the required room and remove packaging, if required. On the whole, a single person delivery is perfectly adequate for an excellent delivery experience. For larger and heavier items it may be necessary to assist our delivery driver. Alternatively, should you wish for a two person delivery, please contact us for a delivery quotation.

Orders below £200 subject to £15 delivery charge 

Northern Ireland & Eire
Please contact us for delivery costs. These are dependant on location and items ordered.

Isle of Wight
Please contact us for delivery costs. These are dependant on location and items ordered.

Channel Islands
We do not deliver directly to the Channel Islands. However, we will deliver to the location of an onward specialist courier to the Channel Isles. Should you wish for a fully delivered price please contact us for quotation.

Scottish Highlands & Islands
We do not deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, as standard. However, please contact us with address details and items you wish to order and we will investigate delivery options and prices.

Scilly Isles
We do not deliver directly to the Scilly Isles. However, we will deliver to the location of an onward specialist courier to the Scilly Isles. Should you wish for a fully delivered price please contact us for quotation. 

Isle of Man
We do not deliver directly to the Isle of Man. However, we will deliver to the location of an onward specialist courier to the Isle of Man. Should you wish for a fully delivered price please contact us for quotation.

Delivery Lead Times

Outdoor Furniture -  Delivery times are approximately 7 days. Our website advises if any product is out of stock and a date that the collection will be available again. 

Delivery times for Jati & Kebon collections are approximately 14 days.

Glatz Parasols -   Delivery time is approximately 7 days

Bean Bags - All Bean Bags are held in stock and will be delivered within 7 working days.

Conservatory Furniture - All our Conservatory Furniture upholstery is made to order. Our lead time is 4 to 6 weeks. 

Lounge Upholstery - All our Upholstery is made to customer order in your choice of fabric. The delivery time is 6 to 8 weeks.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Made To Order  - All our Upholstery Furniture, the cushioning element of our Conservatory Furniture and Outdoor Furniture and Nathan Dining & Cabinet furniture is Made To Order (MTO). Therefore, please note the following:

If you wish to amend your order, this can only be done within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our customer services.

Made to order cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once you have received your order this may not be returned as it has been made specifically for you. If the furniture is proven to be defective a replacement will made and the product exchanged.

Non Made to Order - All non MTO items purchased via distance selling may be cancelled at any time up to the time of the goods being despatched. Should you wish to return any items, you may do so any time up to 7 days after receipt of the goods by contacting us within those 7 days. Any goods being returned must be delivered back to Ocean Designs, at the customers cost, in their original packaging and received in good condition.

A refund will be issued within 7 days of the goods being received, unless it is shown that they have not been returned in good condition.
